Why does WebLinks time out my log-in?
As a security feature of WebLinks, your log-in is timed out after one hour of no activity.

What do to if time out occurs constantly?

If you have closed the window and logged-in again yet still see this time out, we advise you try the following:
  1. Reload the page you are logging-in from. This is best done by holding down the CTRL key whilst clicking the refresh button in your browser. Do this when you are viewing the page you log-in from.
  2. Check your browser has cookies enabled.
